This begins with an in depth discussion with our client's representatives as to what they are looking for in terms of skills, experience and cultural fit.

Following this we would conduct a brainstorming session to identify a strategy moving forward. This would include a review of our database and contacts, and the commencement of targeted research into the market.

We then conduct the necessary interviews and screening procedures that ultimately produces a short list to be presented to our client.
