At Atticus we take a subjective approach to every new assignment before commencing our work. Listening closely to our clients we will decide on the most appropriate course of action.

It is important that we remain flexible and realistic in every assignment. Depending on the seniority of the role, or the technical skills required, we would look at offering a structured Search approach or an Advertised approach.

In either case, Atticus is able to initially utilize an extensive and relevant regional database, and seek referrals from our trusted contacts.

This combination of methods ensures a comprehensive approach in our search for suitable talent.
